Love how small it ratchets

I love this hard hat! My kids love watching construction workers so for birthdays this year everyone got a hard hat so we can be safe while watching the guys work. This ratchet system fits their little heads perfectly and the color is awesome!

The inside headstrap does not go in properly. Headstrap band is cheaply made. Cannot use it. Had to go buy another brand for my job. Very disappointed.

There are 2 different shades of tan hard hats (which I was unaware of) and the hard hats I ordered are the darker shade of tan. All the hard hats my employees wear are the lighter tan. Other than that the hardhats are fine and will fit the needs I am looking for.
