The Elvex UltraSonic high-performance ear muff with a durable stainless steel headband that replaces model number HB-50. This new model is designed to provide exceptional full-spectrum and low-frequency attenuation. Its fork-type headband offers uniform pressure distribution and improved balance, enabling extra-deep ear cups. The ear muff boasts a 29dB NRR rating from a certified US laboratory compliant with ANSI S3.19-1974 standards, as well as a 34dB SNR rating tested to CE EN-352-1. Its extra-wide ear cushions and soft padded head cushion ensure maximum comfort, while its low-force headband can withstand extreme temperatures. The ear muff's lightweight construction ensures both comfort and high-performance protection.

Good for air shows

We purchased several sets (4) of different kinds and brands of earmuffs, and these were by far the best! They were used by a 2 and 5 yr old with sensitive ears at an air show with an F22 Raptor, first row, and VERY loud. These muffs are deep-pocketed and filled with sound-absorbing material. They fit my little petite 2 yr old and also myself as an adult and are very comfortable. Even with being filled with several layers of sound absorption material, there is still enough room to comfortably fit around ears that also have earbuds, like the orange foam inserts you can put into your ear canals, which makes them block out almost all sounds, good enough for the deck of an aircraft carrier. These are by far our favorite and most effective pair of earmuffs!
