The GloWear 8381 is a Type R Class 3, 4-in-1 hi-vis jacket that can be worn in different ways to adapt to changing weather conditions. It is a jacket that can be worn as a lightweight fleece jacket by removing the liner, as a vest by zipping off the liner sleeves, as a weatherproof layer by only wearing the shell, or as a warm winter work jacket by leaving the liner zipped in.

This hi-vis jacket is designed for warmth and protection in extreme cold. It features an ultra-warm 280g fleece lining that traps heat, and a weatherproof 300D performance polyester shell with a PU coating that resists water and wind while maintaining comfort and breathability. It also has a storm flap over the front zipper closure for added protection. The detachable drawstring hood can be easily attached or removed depending on weather or style preference. The wrist cuffs feature hook & loop straps for a secure fit that keeps out cold air. Built for durability, it also has a ripstop shell and dirt-hiding black panels.

POCKETS & ACCESSORIES

This 4-in-1 hi-vis jacket features an exterior zippered chest pocket, combination cell phone chest pocket/clear ID badge holder, dual-slot pen pocket on arm and dual mic tabs for clipping radios. A large exterior zippered pocket can be used for secure iPad/tablet storage.

ANSI-COMPLIANT

Compliant to ANSI/ISEA 107, Type R Class 3 with 2” reflective tape for enhanced low-light visibility. To meet Type R Class 3 requirements, this reflective safety jacket features more fluorescent background material and retroreflective than other classes for maximum visibility and safety in all conditions.

This high visibility jacket is ideal for those working in road construction, transportation, baggage handling, municipalities or around moving vehicles. It's also great for outdoor recreational activities where you need to be seen, such as snowmobiling or hiking.

I bought this item for my entire crew (17) of us we work outside In construction and went through a very cold windy snap in December and without these hi vis jackets we wouldn’t have made it. Heavy duty. Kept us warm and the wind out. The guys love them.

I'm a heavy equipment operator by trade. 25 years outside. During crap NY weather. Wind, rain, sleet, snow, winter cold. Wind does not get through this baby. I have not dealt with rain yet. Cold Temps. No worries. With a t-shirt underneath. Love it. Comfortable. Right from neck to waist. Worth every cent. 3 more years til retirement. I shoulda had this for the other 25 years.
