The ratchet headband is strip-proof and easily adjustable, providing a secure fit. The patented SwingStrap(TM) offers the benefits of both the ratchet and 360 padded sweatband, with the added convenience of being able to convert from a forward to reverse wearing position without removing and reinstalling the suspension.
