The Wizard Series Material is constructed with a double coating of PVC that measures 0.28mm in thickness. Tough nylon scrim material is layered between the PVC coatings, providing excellent rip and puncture resistance. The ankle-length option of the 360C yellow 2-piece coat features a detachable drawstring hood and a storm flap located under a snap-up front. The coat includes snaps on the lower front and back, which can be joined together to create chaps around each leg. No Magic here, the Wizard is just that tough! Limited flammability, NOT intended for use as protection against ARC Flash or Flash Fire.

MCR Safety's Limited Flammability Garments have been tested in accordance with the ASTM D-6413-08 test method. The purpose of this test is to determine whether a fabric will continue to burn after the source of ignition is removed. This is NOT a test for Arc Flash resistance! These garments must not be worn for protection against Arc Flash or Electrical Fire. Before making any recommendations concerning the use of these garments, always inquire as to what ASTM or NFPA test regiments are required for the end user application.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the snaps break very often, it would be much better with some kind of zipper.
