The DSM Dyneema is a type of high modulus polyethylene (HMPE) fiber that comes in various forms, including continuous filament, spun, and engineered yarn. This material is incredibly strong, boasting 15 times the strength of surgical steel, and also boasts excellent abrasion and cut resistance as well as comfort. The 9672DT2 MCR Safety Diamond Tech 2 glove features an 18 gauge, light blue DSM Dyneema Diamond Tech filament yarn shell, and is coated with gray polyurethane (PU) on the palm and forefinger. This glove has been rated as an ANSI cut level 2 and is available in a range of sizes, from extra small to double extra large. The MCR Safety Diamond Tech 2 is considered one of the most comfortable and coolest cut-resistant options on the market.

I was excited when I received these gloves because they fit my smaller hands really well. Unfortunately, the finger coating wore off after only an hour of work, granted I work at a distillery and barrels are very abrasive, I expected much more.
