The polarized version is worth the difference. Resist's scratches better and clarity is much better. We buy 12 at a time. Farming is ruff on your shade's. These have saved my eyes from injury and/or chemical splash, dirt, etc many times. Yes, they eventually scratch up. At this price point, we pitch them and get a new pair. Good product and recommended.
