SIZE DOWN - too oversized

I chose this vest for its good price, seemingly good fit, and simple, cute style but I was quickly disappointed once I tried it on. I ordered a size M and I'm 5'3, 30" in the waist, about 42" in the hips, 34C, and 160 lbs. I fluctuate between a S and M depending on the fit, but this vest was DRAPING on me and fit like an L. It was truly too large for my liking and I wanted something that was more fitted and flattering because no woman wants to look like they're wearing a neon trash bag over their clothing. It's alright if you prefer your vests to be oversized, or even for layering purposes, but even layering for me, it was still too baggy. Will be returning and ordering a small in hopes of a better fit.

Not a plus size

I ordered a 2x (normal size) and it fits like a large. Does not come close to zipping and the elastic in the middle cant be adjusted. It is also short. It amazes me how hard it is to find a plus-size woman's vest. I guess we are just expected to wear mens....so we can look bigger and more like a box. Disappointed.

With women's safety vests being harder to find compared to men's, I struggled shopping in person at other various stores. Full Source gave me that balance of price for quality and appearance.
I usually am hesitant to wear pink, but the trim I have come to enjoy. The waist band on the back is not too tight, just fitted enough to give me a better feel than with the standard loose fit options. I am not a girly girl, but I do appreciate some feminine touches. This vest gives me that ability, but in a professional way. I had to cut a couple loose threads ...no big deal. The inside pockets hold my pen and mini notebook. I am completely satisfied. I wash it in the washer, then hang to air dry. Afterward I toss in dryer just long enough to get the minor wrinkles out. Looks as good as when I got it!

Good Fit for Smaller Frames

Had searched high and low for high vis vest to fit a smaller frame. The one size "catch all" that we had available kept getting hung up on my walkthroughs. This fits much better.

Pink trim and bad pockets

WARNING - the trim on this vest is fluorescent pink, not blaze orange like I thought it would be. I don't know why manufacturers think all women's workwear needs to have hot pink on it. It's a deal killer for me, so I'm sending it back.
Also, the two pockets on this vest open to the sides, so they're only good for stuffing your hands into. I wouldn't trust them to hold a pen, gloves, or field book. There are no pockets for stashing business cards or pens.
Sizing: I am 5'3" and weigh ~120 lb; I bought a Small and it fit just fine. Wouldn't want it any bigger. The elastic bunching around the waist is a little weird, but I would put up with it if it weren't for the pink trim and bad pockets.
