The Premium High-Visibility Insulated Vortex rain jacket is crafted from the highest quality Rip-stop polyester and polyurethane and designed to withstand rugged use. It meets ANSI Type R Class 3 and CSA Z96 Class 2, Level 2 standards, ensuring you are visible in low light and complex environments. This jacket features double insulation with a permanent polyester quilted liner and a zip-out fleece liner that keeps you warm in temperatures as low as -27° F. The detachable zippered hood can be hidden away when not in use and includes adjustable drawstring closures and hook and loop chin straps. The standup storm collar protects the neck and chin. With ten outer pockets, including a clear ID pocket, and two inner pockets, this jacket provides ample storage space. Additional features include black shading in high-wear areas to hide soiling, adjustable hook and loop wrist closures, and a drawstring waist for added comfort. Stay warm and protected in the Vortex rain jacket.

This is a great safety, high vis.jacket. Very visible, lots of useful pockets. Meets requirements of various companies I go to in my 18 wheeler. I use the mic loop to hang a hands-free Nebo flashlight. So far I've worn it in single-digit temps and it keeps me warm and deflects windchill.
