The Everest Series Hard Hat, certified as ANSI Type II Class E and CSA Type 2 Class E, is equipped with a foam liner designed to protect against lateral impacts. It's an excellent choice for workers facing potential side, front, or rear head impacts, as well as hazards from falling objects, rain, or UV rays from the sun. The 6-point nylon web suspensions, with ratchet size adjustment, forehead comfort band, crown pad, 2-level height adjustment, and self-centering, provide comfort and stability.

Ansi II full brim hard hat

Since I am required to wear a type II hard hat with side impact I needed a new hard hat. The North A119R Everest Full Brim Hard Hat is perfect. As with any type II hard hat, it remains a little heavy due to the lining. But it is workable. This hard hat is I feel a good head protector.

Fits well for multiple head sizes and has a nice easy adjustable knob. Color is pretty true to image but it does have a gloss finish.
