This MiraCool ranger hat features top channels designed to hold water-activated MiraCool crystals, providing cooling relief that can be taken anywhere. The extra-wide brim encircling the hat shields the head, face, eyes, ears, and even the neck from the sun and heat. Above the brim, the hat features a soft absorbent material that effectively wicks away perspiration. And four large grommets improve airflow and evaporation throughout the hat.

Staying cool

Already had one of these hats and love. I’m staying cool. Went boating and it flew off to never be seen again. So ordered two more. One for me and one for my friend.

If you have a noggin large enough that a hat advertised to "fit most sizes" or "one size fits all," is too small for your head, then this hat in the XL size should work. I've worn this hat for work for the past week or so, and the comfort has been great. Blocks the sun and keeps the sweat out of my eyes. Worth the (good) price.

The wide brim provides good protection from the sun. The hat is lightweight and can easily be put in a pocket of the safety vest so it is always available.

Works great. The hat works great to keep the sun off as is, but soak it and it stays cool for several hours.
