Not for my feet

I have not replaced this type of boot for decades. When the ones from Full Source arrived, putting them on my feet was MOST uncomfortable. The boots had VERY hard soles and created great pain. I returned them--not for my feet. Pierce W.

So far, so good

I needed some steel toes for work, and my new job wasn't going to pony up some funds, so I went shopping online. I've been wearing steel-toed boots for 30 years. Cheapies to Redwings. No more $30 Walmart slappers for me, but I wasn't going to spend $150 either. So, I took a chance on sizing and quality and tried these. Fit seems accurate. Will need a short break-in period, but otherwise OK. Quality seems good, but only time will tell of the durability. Soles are rubbery and grippy, good for what I do, and won't mar flooring. Shipping was fast and arrived in good condition. I have been satisfied with Port West/Authority gear for its form/function/durability/affordability. We'll see how it goes, hence the 4 out of 5 star rating.
