I had an earlier Radwear jacket that I wore for years. It had two problems. The thread used to fasten the reflective stripes to the jacket was a little too light and I had to hand sew the stripes back on as they came loose. The other problem was the heavy duty nylon zipper had a pull that was made of plastic. Eventually, the pull caught on the fabric and after I worked it loose, it did not engage the teeth properly and the zipper would open again. I notice on my new jacket the pull is made of metal so that will not happen. I really enjoy my new jacket. I especially like all of the pockets. I notice the slash pockets are smaller than in my previous jacket. The slash and zipper size are great. It would be really nice if the pouch were deeper and a little larger. I keep a pair of gloves in the pockets and I wear Carhartt work mittens in really cold weather. When I put the Carhartt mittens in the pockets it is a little tough. On the right side of the jacket on the chest in the liner is what I thought was a large pocket. I put my flashlight in the pocket and it landed on my foot. It was not a pocket. It is something that is sewn in on each side of the piece but not at the top and bottom. I am curious as to what it is. I really like the jacket. I have not gotten into removing the liner yet or reversing the jacket, but I really enjoy the jacket. You make a terrific product.

Had this jacket for 3 years and had it dry cleaned a few times. Still looks and performs great! The fleece liner is really warm and I'm so glad that it's removable. The only thing that I had to do was have some of the reflective tape re-sewn (after 2 yrs of use). This is a great jacket at an excellent price. Highly recommend.

Looks nice, and seems to be made well. The one issue is the inner liner zips in rather loosely on two sides and hooks at center in back so it shifts arround quite a bit... also since the vest part is so loosely attached ( not sure if that was done intentionally ... in theory warmer as loose layer) but if you take vest out the coat is then way too large for springtime use.

I've had this jacket for four hours years and it's still in the same condition now as it was when I bought it. Excellent seams, excellent reflective stripes, plenty of pockets and very comfortable. I've washed my jacket several times and never had anything fall apart on it. All of my reflective stripes are sewn on so I don't understand why some people say there's are falling off from washing. The only thing I did different to my jacket was sprayed it with waterproofing.

I work on an ambulance and needed something that could serve a dual purpose. This is a good quality jacket for the price. Although according to previous comments that the jacket runs “two sizes too small” that is not the case. I ordered a 5X jacket and wear a 3X t-shirt and it was way too big. I recommend that you get the size you would normally get at any other clothing store. Other than that the quality is really good.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He has to wear reflective wear when at work and was really tired of wearing a vest over his jacket in winter. This was the ideal solution. He says it keeps him warm with the plush zip-out liner, we live in Ohio and can get very cold. It fits great and covers all the bases. Now he can keep warm and be compliant without wearing 2 things.

Jacket is very warm for cold weather environments. They are a little bulkier than I expected but we like them very much. The only thing that would make it better is for the hood to be lined somehow. It's a bit cold on your head without another cap of some kind under it.

Good value. Not super warm, but it is very comfortable. Runs true to size with maybe just a little extra room. Pocket arrangement is different when compared to some other similar styles. ID pocket is a nice touch and the radio pouch behind it holds the newer Chinese radios well. Overall a good choice.
